Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering.

Minimum Experience

At least 4 years of functional experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.

Functional Knowledge

Training in HSE (Health, Safety, Environment), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and Essential Food Safety standards.
Strong understanding of production processes.
Solid knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety standards.

Prior experience in the UAE market is preferred.

Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Supervise Daily Maintenance: Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure smooth plant operations.
Work Planning & Assignment: Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to technicians according to operational priorities and production needs.
Monitor Equipment Performance: Track machinery efficiency and apply strategies to improve uptime and reduce breakdowns.
Ensure Compliance with Food Safety Standards: Make sure all maintenance activities align with HACCP, GMP, ISO, and other applicable standards.

Documentation Management: Maintain detailed records of equipment history, maintenance schedules, and completed work orders.
Oversee New Installations: Supervise the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
Coordinate with External Vendors: Work with third-party service providers for specialized maintenance and repairs.
Enforce Safety Measures: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and proper use of tools and PPE.
Lead Root Cause Analysis: Conduct investigations on equipment failures and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
