Aurora Vacation Homes Rentals LLC is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join the team. Your main responsibility will be acquiring new properties under our management by building strong relationships with landlords, real estate agents, and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential landlords and property owners in Dubai.
Present Aurora’s property management services and demonstrate the benefits of short-term rentals.
Negotiate and close management agreements with landlords.
Maintain and grow a pipeline of property leads through networking, calls, and site visits.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth handover of newly acquired units.
Track and report progress of new property acquisitions to management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or real estate (Dubai market experience is required).
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
