1- English Language Trainer

Location: Al Danah, Abu Dhabi
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Freelance
Salary: AED 4,500 – 5,500 per month

Job Description:

Plan and deliver English lessons for groups and individuals
Focus on improving speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
Prepare students for international exams (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, OET, etc.) if required
Customize lessons for different learning levels and objectives
Use interactive methods to create a motivating and supportive learning environment

2- Soft Skills Trainer

Location: Abu Dhabi
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,500 per month

Job Description:

Design and deliver training programs on soft skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, emotional intelligence, customer service, problem-solving, and time management
Assess training needs and customize content for different industries and learner profiles
Conduct interactive workshops, roleplays, and activities that encourage active learning
Evaluate training effectiveness and provide constructive feedback
Stay updated on latest trends and methodologies in soft skills training

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or similar role
Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to connect with diverse audiences and adapt training styles
Excellent command of English/Arabic
TOT or related training certification is a plus

Job Description:

Minimum 1-year UAE experience in commercial/B2B sales
Strong multilingual communication skills

تقييم فعالية التدريب وتقديم ملاحظات بنّاءة للمتعلمين
