Site Manager – Contract Logistics

Job Description:
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our eCommerce fulfillment center. This role requires strong leadership and a strategic mindset to ensure efficient order processing, accurate inventory management, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.

• Team Leadership & Development: Train and motivate warehouse staff, manage performance and shift schedules.

• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and apply best practices to enhance workflow and accuracy.
