Sr. BIM Modeler – Mechanical

Location: Dubai, UAE

Role Overview:
Responsible for creating mechanical project models using BIM software, ensuring the quality of engineering models, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate and efficient BIM models for mechanical projects.

• Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure engineering alignment.

• Contribute to workflow improvements using automation tools such as Dynamo and Python.

Role Overview:
Responsible for designing HVAC systems for residential, healthcare, educational, and hospitality projects in the UAE and KSA, as well as overseeing project management activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with sustainability and digitalization requirements.

• Act as the key point of contact for clients as the MEP lead engineer, responsible for technical and commercial delivery of projects.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
