1- Maintenance Engineer – Fujairah

Job Description:
Responsible for the maintenance and smooth functioning of all production equipment, including filament winding machines, hydraulic extractors, curing ovens, Siemens CNC controllers, CNC drilling and milling machines, cutting and sanding machines, and paint booths with dryers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair faults in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems across all production equipment.

• Ensure breakdowns are attended to promptly to avoid production losses and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.

• Implement a comprehensive Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) system with accurate scheduling and execution.

• Conduct preventive maintenance to maximize equipment availability.

• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including breakdown and preventive tasks, service history, checklists, and repair logs.

• Monitor critical spare parts inventory, ensure availability of key components, and coordinate procurement with suppliers and service providers.

2- Technologist – Filament Winding – Fujairah

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Technologist with deep expertise in filament winding processes for composite pressure vessels. The successful candidate will develop, optimize, and oversee manufacturing techniques to ensure high-performance, safe, and cost-effective composite pressure vessels for water treatment applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Development & Optimization: Design, develop, and implement filament winding processes for various pressure vessel sizes, geometries, and pressures.

• Strong technical knowledge of composite materials, resin systems, curing processes, and quality assurance methods.

• Hands-on experience in operating and programming filament winding machinery.

عن الوظيفة:
مسؤول عن صيانة وضمان التشغيل السلس لجميع معدات الإنتاج بما في ذلك آلات لف الخيوط، المستخلصات الهيدروليكية، أفران المعالجة، وحدات التحكم CNC من Siemens، آلات الحفر والتفريز CNC، آلات القص والصنفرة، وأكشاك الطلاء مع المجففات.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• إصلاح الأعطال في الأنظمة الكهربائية، الميكانيكية، الهوائية، والهيدروليكية لجميع المعدات الإنتاجية.

• ضمان التعامل مع الأعطال في الوقت المناسب لتجنب خسائر الإنتاج، وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية بسرعة لتقليل فترة التوقف.

• تنفيذ نظام الصيانة الوقائية المخطط (PPM)، وضمان الجدولة والتنفيذ بدقة.

• إجراء الصيانة الوقائية لتعظيم توفر المعدات.

نبحث عن أخصائي ماهر لديه خبرة عميقة في عمليات لف الخيوط لإنتاج أوعية الضغط المركبة. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن تطوير وتحسين والإشراف على تقنيات التصنيع لضمان إنتاج أوعية ضغط مركبة عالية الأداء وآمنة وفعالة من حيث التكلفة لتطبيقات معالجة المياه.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تطوير وتحسين العمليات: تصميم وتطوير وتنفيذ عملية لف الخيوط لأوعية ضغط بأحجام وأشكال وضغوط مختلفة.

• الخبرة التقنية في المواد المركبة، أنظمة الراتنج، عمليات المعالجة، وطرق ضمان الجودة.
