المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• إدارة مهام التدقيق والضرائب من البداية إلى النهاية للعملاء.

• إعداد ومراجعة وتقديم إقرارات ضريبة القيمة المضافة وفقًا لإرشادات الهيئة الاتحادية للضرائب في الإمارات.

• التواصل المباشر مع العملاء لفهم احتياجاتهم المالية والضريبية.

• تقديم نصائح دقيقة في الوقت المناسب حول ضريبة الشركات، ضريبة القيمة المضافة، ESR، وغيرها من متطلبات الامتثال.

• استخدام Zoho Books وTally ERP للمحاسبة، وإدارة الدفاتر، وإعداد التقارير.

• متابعة جميع القوانين واللوائح والتحديثات ذات الصلة من الهيئة الاتحادية للضرائب.

• التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين خلال عمليات التدقيق والتفتيش.

• ضمان الدقة والالتزام بالمواعيد في جميع التقارير المالية وتسليم المستندات للعملاء.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في دور مماثل في التدقيق والضرائب.

• معرفة قوية ببرامج Zoho وTally للمحاسبة.

• معرفة ممتازة بقوانين الضرائب في الإمارات، بما في ذلك ضريبة القيمة المضافة، ضريبة الشركات، وESR.

Auditing & Taxation Expert (Client-Facing)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Auditing & Taxation Executive to join our growing team. This client-facing role requires strong communication skills, deep understanding of UAE tax laws, and hands-on experience with accounting software like Zoho and Tally. The ideal candidate will manage audits, ensure tax compliance, and build strong relationships with clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end auditing and taxation assignments for clients.

• Prepare, review, and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) guidelines.

• Liaise directly with clients to understand their financial and tax-related needs.

• Provide timely advice on corporate tax, VAT, ESR, and other compliance matters.

• Use Zoho Books and Tally ERP for accounting, bookkeeping, and report generation.

• Keep up to date with all relevant laws, regulations, and updates from the UAE FTA.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for audits and inspections.

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial reporting and client deliverables.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar auditing and taxation role.

• Strong working knowledge of Zoho and Tally accounting software.

• Excellent knowledge of UAE Tax Laws, including VAT, Corporate Tax, and ESR.
