1. Freight Operations Specialist – DHL & Customs Clearance Pro Needed

Job Description – Freight Forwarder

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Freight Forwarder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with air and sea freight operations, customs clearance, and be proficient in using DHL and other major shipping portals. Strong coordination skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage air and sea freight shipments from origin to destination

• Handle customs clearance procedures and documentation accurately

• Operate DHL and other major freight/courier platforms for booking and tracking

• Communicate with carriers, agents, and clients to ensure smooth operations

• Work closely with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction

• Maintain shipment records and ensure compliance with all logistics requirements

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in freight forwarding (air/sea)

• Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures in the UAE

• Familiarity with DHL and other courier/shipping platforms

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

نحن نبحث عن منسق شحن ذو خبرة واهتمام بالتفاصيل للانضمام إلى فريقنا. يجب أن يمتلك المتقدم خبرة عملية في عمليات الشحن الجوي والبحري، بالإضافة إلى معرفة بإجراءات التخليص الجمركي، وإتقان استخدام بوابات الشحن مثل DHL وغيرها. كما نبحث عن شخص يجيد التنسيق والعمل ضمن فريق.

المهام الرئيسية:

• إدارة الشحنات الجوية والبحرية من المنشأ إلى الوجهة

• تنفيذ إجراءات التخليص الجمركي بدقة وكفاءة

• استخدام منصات DHL وغيرها للحجز والمتابعة

• التواصل مع شركات النقل والوكلاء والعملاء لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة

• التنسيق مع الأقسام الداخلية لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد

• الاحتفاظ بسجلات الشحن والالتزام بالمتطلبات اللوجستية

المتطلبات:

• خبرة من 2 إلى 3 سنوات في مجال الشحن الجوي والبحري

• معرفة قوية بإجراءات التخليص الجمركي داخل الإمارات

• إجادة التعامل مع منصات DHL وغيرها من شركات الشحن

• مهارات تواصل وتنظيم عالية
