Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

المسؤوليات الوظيفية

• فهم متطلبات المشروع أو البرنامج بشكل دقيق.

• خبرة 2-3 سنوات في الإمارات في تصنيع لافتات الفولاذ والألمنيوم والهياكل المعدنية.

• القدرة على إعداد رسومات التصنيع وتقدير تكاليف تصنيع الهياكل المختلفة.

• تحديد المتغيرات الأساسية للتكلفة والتقديرات الأخرى.

• جمع المعلومات مباشرة من المواقع، المخازن، أو أماكن أخرى.

• إجراء أبحاث للحصول على بيانات عن تكاليف العمالة والمواد والإنتاج.

• مراجعة العروض والأسعار المقدمة من المقاولين الفرعيين أو الموردين.

• إجراء تحليلات للمخاطر.

• إعداد وتقديم تقارير التقدير أو العروض للجهات المختصة مثل مديري المشاريع أو العملاء أو لجان المناقصات.

• بناء علاقات قوية مع الموردين الرئيسيين (المقاولين الفرعيين، الموردين، المهندسين).

• تقديم الاستشارات المتعلقة بالتخطيط مثل الجداول الزمنية واحتياجات القوى العاملة.

Job Responsibilities

• Understand the project/program and its requirements.

• 2-3 years UAE experience in signage fabrication, steel/aluminum structural fabrication.

• Able to prepare fabrication drawings and estimate fabrication costs for various structures.

• Determine key variables for cost and other estimates.

• Gather first-hand information from sites, warehouses, or other venues.

• Conduct research to obtain data on labor costs, materials, production.

• Obtain and review offers and quotes from subcontractors or vendors.

• Perform risk analysis.

• Create and submit estimate reports or bids to appropriate persons (project managers, clients, bidding competitions, etc.)

• Build relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, etc.)

• Provide consultation on planning (schedules, manpower needs, etc.)

Site Supervisor

الإشراف اليومي:

• الإشراف على العمليات اليومية في أرضية الإنتاج.

• التنسيق بين العمال ومشغلي الآلات لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.

السلامة والجودة:

• ضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة والإنتاجية.

• تطبيق قواعد السلامة في المصنع وارتداء معدات الحماية الشخصية (PPE).

مراقبة المعدات والمنتجات:

• مراقبة استخدام الآلات والأدوات والإبلاغ عن أي مشاكل.

• فحص أعمال التصنيع والمنتجات النهائية من الحديد.

التوثيق والتواصل:

• إعداد التقارير اليومية وحضور العمال.

• دعم فريق الصيانة أثناء الأعطال.

• عقد اجتماعات السلامة والنقاشات التوعوية.

• التنسيق مع الإدارة لضمان سير العمل بشكل سلس.

• خبرة سابقة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

Key Responsibilities – Site Supervisor at Steel Factory:

Daily Supervision:

• Supervise daily operations on the production floor.

• Coordinate tasks among workers and machine operators.

Safety and Quality:

• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.

• Enforce factory safety rules and PPE compliance.

Equipment and Product Monitoring:

• Monitor use of machinery and tools; report issues.

• Inspect fabrication work and finished steel products.

Documentation and Communication:

• Maintain daily reports and worker attendance.

• Support maintenance team with breakdowns.

• Conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks.

• Liaise with management for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Experience working in the UAE.

Waterjet Operator / Plotter

الوصف الوظيفي

• تشغيل ماكينات الـ Waterjet والـ Plotter.

• قراءة ملفات CAD والرسومات الفنية بدقة.

• القيام بصيانة دورية وحل المشكلات البسيطة.
