1. Take the Lead in International Pet Relocation Operations

About the Job

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Pet Relocation Manager to oversee our pet relocation operations. This role is the main point of contact for customers and partners, managing end-to-end logistics while improving service quality and identifying growth opportunities. You will be part of a dynamic, pet-loving environment where precision and empathy go hand in hand.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the customer’s main contact from initial inquiry to relocation completion

• Build partnerships with global agencies and IPATA members

• Manage project plans and adapt logistics as needed

• Oversee team and vendor performance, ensuring quality service

• Handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism

• Track documents, timelines, and internal communications

• Stay updated with UAE vet regulations and customs procedures

• Ensure accurate system data and reporting

• Analyze KPIs (leads, conversions, revenue) and propose growth strategies

• Contribute to improving operations and customer experience

Requirements

• At least 3 years in pet relocation, preferably within the UAE

• Strong relationships with global pet relocation agencies and IPATA familiarity

• Experience managing relocation teams or front-line operations

• Live animal transport certification preferred

• Knowledge of vet, airline, and customs procedures in the UAE

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Analytical mindset and commercial awareness

عن الوظيفة
تبحث شركة متخصصة في خدمات نقل الحيوانات الأليفة عن مدير خدمة نقل الحيوانات الأليفة لإدارة العمليات بشكل شامل وضمان تقديم تجربة سلسة ومخصصة للعملاء. سيكون المدير هو الوجه الأساسي للعملاء، ويتولى التنسيق مع الوكالات الدولية ومقدمي الخدمات لضمان تنفيذ عمليات النقل بدقة وجودة عالية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• التواصل المباشر مع العملاء ومرافقتهم من الاستفسار حتى إتمام عملية النقل

• بناء شراكات فعّالة مع وكالات النقل الدولية وأعضاء شبكة IPATA

• إدارة الخطط اللوجستية لكل حالة نقل وتعديلها عند الحاجة

• الإشراف على أداء الفريق والموردين وضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة

• الاستجابة لمخاوف العملاء بتعاطف واحترافية وبناء علاقات طويلة الأمد

• متابعة الجداول الزمنية والوثائق والتواصل الداخلي والخارجي

• مواكبة تحديثات القوانين البيطرية الإماراتية وإجراءات الحجز والشحن

• إدخال البيانات بدقة في النظام الداخلي وبرامج النقل

• تحليل الأداء التجاري واقتراح فرص لتحسين الخدمة وتوسيع الأعمال

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال نقل الحيوانات الأليفة، ويفضل داخل الإمارات

• علاقات قوية مع وكالات النقل الدولية وشبكة IPATA

• خبرة في إدارة فرق العمل أو العمليات التي تواجه العملاء

• يفضل وجود شهادة في تنظيم نقل الحيوانات الحية

• معرفة تامة بالإجراءات البيطرية والجمارك وحجوزات الخطوط الجوية داخل الإمارات

• مهارات تواصل وعلاقات عملاء ممتازة

• قدرة على تحليل الأداء التجاري وتقديم اقتراحات تطويرية
