We’re Hiring: Sales Associate at ZAVI Designs Trading (Fashion Retail)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Dubai, for a Sales Associate. You will be responsible for generating sales, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily duties include engaging with customers, understanding their needs, presenting our products, and closing sales. You'll also handle sales inquiries, process transactions, and stay informed about our sustainable and eco-friendly fashion lines.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales and customer service

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Interest or knowledge in fashion and sustainability

• Ability to build customer relationships and provide high-quality service

• Proficiency in POS and sales systems

• Willingness to work onsite in Dubai with flexible hours

• Good organizational and problem-solving skills

• Experience in the fashion industry is a plus

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in business, marketing, or related field is a plus

وظيفة بدوام كامل وداخل مقر الشركة في دبي. سيكون مسؤول المبيعات مسؤولًا عن تحقيق المبيعات، وبناء علاقات مع العملاء، وتقديم خدمة عملاء مميزة. تشمل المهام اليومية التفاعل مع العملاء، فهم احتياجاتهم، عرض المنتجات، وإتمام عمليات البيع. كما تتضمن الوظيفة الرد على الاستفسارات، تنفيذ المعاملات، والإلمام بخطوط منتجاتنا المستدامة والصديقة للبيئة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• خبرة من سنة إلى 3 سنوات في المبيعات وخدمة العملاء

• مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على التعامل مع الآخرين

• اهتمام أو معرفة بعالم الأزياء والممارسات المستدامة

• القدرة على بناء علاقات مع العملاء وتقديم خدمة متميزة

• إجادة استخدام أنظمة المبيعات ونقاط البيع (POS)

• الاستعداد للعمل من مقر الشركة في دبي مع مرونة في ساعات العمل

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive and driven B2B Sales Representative to expand our client base across hotels, hospitals, clinics, restaurants, cleaning companies, and other institutions that require uniforms. You'll play a key role in identifying opportunities, establishing partnerships, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and collect data on potential clients and institutions that require uniforms

• Visit clients such as hotels, hospitals, and service companies to present our products

• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams

• Work with the sales and design teams to meet customer needs and close deals

• Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events when necessary

• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and opportunities

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in fashion, retail, uniforms, or textiles

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
