💼 Position: Warehouse Operations Staff

🔹 Job Purpose:

To execute daily warehouse operations efficiently and accurately, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound processes, reporting, and coordination.

🔸 Key Responsibilities:

• Update and generate reports: Inbound/Outbound, claim files, and Stop-to-Fix activities via ERS and SAPA

• Perform stock checks and respond to outbound claim inquiries

• Create deliveries and manage cycle counts based on sales orders

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse activities

• Conduct daily 5S checks and scheduled NOS audits

• Plan manpower requirements based on operational data and trends

• Resolve escalated warehouse and customer complaints

• Fix outbound delivery errors and respond to internal email queries

• Coordinate across departments and handle system-related warehouse work (EWM/SAP)

• Lead communication with warehouse teams and run briefings or group meetings

• Carry out additional operational tasks as needed

🔸 Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum: 12th-grade education with at least 3 years’ warehouse operations experience

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Working experience in automobile spare parts logistics is preferred

• EWM/SAP knowledge is essential

• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)

• Ability to lead and work within a team environment

🔹 الهدف من الوظيفة:

تنفيذ العمليات اليومية في المستودع بدقة وكفاءة، وضمان سلاسة عمليات الدخول والخروج، وتحديث التقارير والتنسيق بين الأقسام.

🔸 المهام والمسؤوليات:

• إعداد وتحديث التقارير: الدخول والخروج، ملفات المطالبات، وأنشطة الصيانة عبر ERS وSAPA

• تنفيذ الجرد ومتابعة المطالبات الخاصة بالشحنات

• إنشاء أوامر التسليم وإدارة عمليات العد الدوري حسب أوامر المبيعات

• مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) لعمليات المستودع

• تنفيذ فحوصات 5S اليومية وجدولة تدقيق NOS

• تخطيط القوى العاملة حسب بيانات الحضور والتقارير التشغيلية

• حل الشكاوى المرتفعة من العملاء والمشكلات التشغيلية

• معالجة الأخطاء في عمليات التسليم الصادرة

• الرد على استفسارات البريد الإلكتروني من فرق الخدمة والنقل

• التواصل مع الأقسام المختلفة ومعالجة المهام المرتبطة بالنظام (EWM/SAP)

• قيادة الاجتماعات والتواصل المستمر مع فريق العمل

• تنفيذ أي مهام تشغيلية إضافية عند الحاجة

🔸 المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

• مؤهل دراسي لا يقل عن الصف الثاني عشر + 3 سنوات خبرة في عمليات المستودعات

• معرفة جيدة ببرامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس

• يفضل الخبرة في لوجستيات قطع غيار السيارات

• خبرة في EWM/SAP شرط أساسي

• مهارات تواصل قوية باللغة الإنجليزية (قراءة وكتابة وتحدثًا)

Job Title: IT Support Specialist – Warehouse Operations
Location: Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Environment: Onsite support within warehouse/logistics setting

Responsibilities

EWMS Support

• Provide onsite and remote support for EWMS users in external warehouses

• Manage issue tickets in Solman Tool and coordinate with MB EWMS teams

• Test, validate, and align EWMS changes with operational workflows

• Recommend improvements and generate frequent EWMS reports

• Handle user management (creation, roles, deletions) in sync with MB teams

• Execute bin management and optimize warehouse process sequences

Warehouse IT Hardware Support

• Troubleshoot and maintain RF guns, tablets, desktops, barcode scanners, printers, and IT hardware on reach trucks/forklifts

• Reimage and maintain various IT devices for optimal function

Network & Telecom Support

• Monitor network performance and report issues

• Coordinate telecom support for landlines

Office 365 & User Support

• Provide Office 365 support and manage shared mail IDs

• Handle user creation, modifications, and access requests

Reporting Responsibilities

• Generate inbound/outbound reports, inventory adjustments, DG inventory, BBP, RMR, and more

• Conduct ad-hoc reporting and detailed analyses as needed

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's in IT or Computer Science

• 1–3 years of IT support experience (warehouse/logistics preferred)

• Familiar with EWMS or SAP warehouse systems (training provided)

• Basic troubleshooting for devices and networks

• Strong cross-team communication and coordination skills

• Skilled in Microsoft Office and Office 365

• إدارة تذاكر الأعطال عبر أداة Solman والتنسيق مع فرق MB EWMS

• اختبار واعتماد التحديثات بالتوافق مع العمليات

• تقديم توصيات لتحسين العمليات وإعداد تقارير دورية

دعم الشبكات والاتصالات

• التنسيق مع الدعم الفني لمشاكل الخطوط الأرضية

دعم Office 365 والمستخدمين

• تقديم الدعم لتطبيقات Office 365 وإعداد البريد المشترك

الشروط
