Job Description
As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining company documents. Sorting electronic or hard copies of project documentation and preparing reports.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Controlling project documentation
Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents
Using computers to organise and distribute documents within a company
Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion

Mechanical QA/QC Engineer

Job Description
The Mechanical QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety standards of construction projects by conducting inspections, tests, and audits. They will collaborate with project teams to identify and address quality issues, review project specifications and documentation, and implement quality management systems.

Qualifications

Mechanical Engineer
Proven work experience in QA/QC or a similar role
In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methodologies, and quality standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Plumbing Foreman

Job Description

A Plumbing Foreman should have excellent management and supervision skills to manage the construction site and workers. The foreman would be working closely with Engineers to ensure that deadlines and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Plumbing Foreman in MEP construction industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines
Excellent leadership skills

Electrical QA/QC Engineer

Job Description

المؤهلات

مهندس ميكانيكي
خبرة عمل مثبتة في مجال ضمان الجودة/مراقبة الجودة أو دور مماثل
معرفة متعمقة بمواد البناء والمنهجيات ومعايير الجودة
مهارات قوية في التحليل وحل المشكلات

مشرف سباكة

المسمى الوظيفي

يجب أن يتمتع مشرف السباكة بمهارات إدارية وإشرافية ممتازة لإدارة موقع البناء والعمال. سيتعاون المشرف بشكل وثيق مع المهندسين لضمان الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية ومعايير السلامة.
