Junior Engineer - Modernization

Site supervision:

 Accountable for safety, quality, and productivity during installation and handovers, and for raising and actioning corrective actions to any detected non-conformities.

 Responsible for the use of correct KONE installation methods and tools by the installation team, and for proper risk assessment for parts of installation where KONE method is not feasible.

 Responsible for proactive site preparations, site readiness, customer deliverables to KONE, site visits and audits, including resolution of non-conformities with customer (supported by Project Manager as needed)

 Responsible for verifying the site execution plan and field cost management as part of the pre-delivery review, assuming site execution responsibility, and thereafter installation activities and handovers.

 Responsible for maintaining realistic MS 3c (material delivery to site) throughout the S-plan, and for confirming of S-plan milestones 3 – 5z.

 Active support to Project Manager and Project Admin for the verification of payment status according to S-plan concept and contract terms

 Responsible for planning and organizing installation activities, site storage and logistics, and needed resources and tools.

 Requests materials to site (MS 3x), confirms arrival of KONE materials to site (MS 3c), receives other materials and services at the site, and performs Goods Receipt.

 Performs handover to installation team (KONE and subcontractors), clarifying the scope of work, completion date and other necessary customer milestone dates, as well as target installation hours for own KONE fitters.

 Organizes continuous huddles with the installation team to empower them and proactively prevent interruptions, ensure smooth, continual flow of work on site, with a focus on efficiency and waste reduction.

 Achieves targets for variation sales and change orders during installation, ensures costs attributable to others are claimed and collected.

 Verifies quality of installation and ensures installation the scope of work is completed. Is accountable for final testing of the equipment and for closing any raised items (tester, customer, third party inspector, as is applicable). Completes a successful handover to maintenance.

Proactively hunt for new opportunities, develop and create customer relationships

Ensure customer satisfaction and solve complaints with the rest of the KONE team

Document and maintain the customer and contact information

Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets, including proactively generating opportunities from outside the current customer base

Accountable for finding customer needs and KONE’s solution matching those needs

Responsible for pricing using the approved tendering tools

Maintain full information of opportunities, tasks, and visits, while keeping CRM up to date

الإشراف على الموقع:

 المسؤول عن السلامة والجودة والإنتاجية أثناء التثبيت والتسليم، وعن رفع الإجراءات التصحيحية وتنفيذها لأي عدم تطابق يتم اكتشافه.

 المسؤول عن استخدام طرق وأدوات التثبيت الصحيحة لشركة KONE من قبل فريق التثبيت، وعن تقييم المخاطر المناسب لأجزاء التثبيت حيث لا تكون طريقة KONE ممكنة.

 المسؤول عن الاستعدادات الاستباقية للموقع، وجاهزية الموقع، وتقديم المنتجات إلى شركة KONE، وزيارات الموقع والتدقيق، بما في ذلك حل حالات عدم المطابقة مع العميل (بدعم من مدير المشروع حسب الحاجة)

 المسؤول عن التحقق من خطة تنفيذ الموقع وإدارة تكاليف الميدان كجزء من مراجعة ما قبل التسليم، وتحمل مسؤولية تنفيذ الموقع، وبعد ذلك أنشطة التثبيت والتسليم.

 المسؤول عن الحفاظ على MS 3c الواقعي (تسليم المواد إلى الموقع) طوال خطة S، والتأكيد على المعالم 3 - 5z في خطة S.

 يقوم بتسليم العمل إلى فريق التثبيت (KONE والمقاولين من الباطن)، وتوضيح نطاق العمل وتاريخ الانتهاء وتواريخ المعالم الضرورية الأخرى للعميل، بالإضافة إلى ساعات التثبيت المستهدفة لعمال التركيب في KONE.

 تنظيم اجتماعات مستمرة مع فريق التثبيت لتمكينهم ومنع الانقطاعات بشكل استباقي، وضمان تدفق العمل بسلاسة وبشكل مستمر في الموقع، مع التركيز على الكفاءة والحد من النفايات.

 يحقق أهداف مبيعات التنوع وأوامر التغيير أثناء التثبيت، ويضمن المطالبة بالتكاليف المنسوبة إلى الآخرين وتحصيلها.

 يتحقق من جودة التركيب ويضمن اكتمال نطاق العمل. مسؤول عن الاختبار النهائي للمعدات وإغلاق أي أجزاء بارزة (المختبر، العميل، مفتش الطرف الثالث، حسب الاقتضاء). يُكمل تسليم المعدات إلى قسم الصيانة بنجاح.
