Role Overview

As an OT Cybersecurity Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cybersecurity measures to protect critical infrastructure and industrial control systems from cyber threats and attacks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess, develop, and deploy security solutions tailored to the unique requirements of operational technology environments.

Responsibilities

Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and vulnerability assessments of OT systems and networks.
Design and deploy security controls and technologies to safeguard OT assets, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus software, and encryption tools.
Collaborate with IT and OT teams to integrate cybersecurity measures into the design and implementation of new systems and technologies.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits of OT systems to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
Stay up to date on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies in OT cybersecurity and recommend proactive measures to mitigate risks.
Participate in incident response activities, including investigation, containment, and recovery efforts, as needed.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to convey cybersecurity risks, issues, and recommendations.

Job Overview

INTECH Process Automation is seeking a Hydraulic Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing hydraulic systems. The Hydraulic Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of hydraulic machinery, equipment, and components.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot hydraulic equipment and systems.
Inspect and repair hoses and hydraulic lines.
Test equipment for proper performance and regulatory compliance.
Perform preventive maintenance on hydraulic systems and equipment.
Understanding of High- and Low-Pressure Hydraulic Systems and Pneumatic Systems.
Understanding of documents related to Hydraulic and Pneumatic Schematic/P&ID Drawings, Panel General Arrangement and Layout Drawings, Panel Fabrication Drawings, Instruments Installation and Supporting Drawings, Instrument Datasheets.
Installation and understanding of Electrical and Hydraulic Instruments including Hydraulic Solenoid Valves, Pressure Transmitters, Level Transmitters, Pressure Switches, Level Switches, Pumps and Motors, High- and Low-Pressure Interface Valves, Mechanical Relays, Pressure Regulators, Accumulators, Pneumatic and Hydraulic Handpumps, Instrument Mounting Brackets.
Understanding and installation of Metric and Imperial fitting sizes (Swagelok, Hy-lok fittings) and their pressure ratings.
Knowledge of Metric and Imperial tubing sizes and wall thicknesses.
Installation of fittings with different types of thread sealants and Teflon tapes.
Instrument tubing routing as per P&ID and tubing sizes, tube punching, and cleaning.
