Sales Champion Needed – Fluent in Farsi & English with Automotive Experience

About the Role

To achieve assigned sales targets through strategic planning, execution, and direct selling at designated customer accounts. The role focuses on implementing strategies that address customer needs, market alignment, and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets through planning and personal sales efforts

• Align with pricing, brand, and budget strategies

• Develop strategic plans based on customer and market insights

• Lead annual business development negotiations

• Design and implement tailored promotional activities

• Conduct quarterly business reviews and monthly sales reports

• Build strong top-to-top customer relationships

• Monitor and report competitor activity weekly

• Maintain targeted average prices and increase sales per customer

• Oversee customer-related logistics, financials, and support

Job Requirements:

الهدف من الوظيفة هو تحقيق ميزانية المبيعات المحددة من خلال التخطيط الاستراتيجي الفعّال، التنفيذ، والجهود البيعية المباشرة ضمن حسابات العملاء المحددة. يشمل الدور تطوير استراتيجيات فعّالة تلبي احتياجات العملاء مع مراعاة توجهات السوق واستراتيجيات العلامة التجارية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تحقيق أهداف المبيعات من خلال تخطيط وبيع مباشر

• التوافق مع استراتيجيات التسعير والعلامة التجارية والموازنة

• تطوير خطط استراتيجية بناءً على معلومات السوق والعملاء

• التفاوض على اتفاقيات تطوير الأعمال السنوية

Job Description:
The selected candidates will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP S4 HANA processes and integrations, supporting digital transformation, and enabling functional continuity through advanced training, documentation, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve existing SAP S4 HANA modules (MM, SD, FICO, EWM)

• Customize and integrate modules with internal and external systems

• Provide last-mile user support and job training

• Ensure sustainability of processes through RACI documentation

• Design reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making

• Conduct functional support for all departments

• Implement AI-integrated features within SAP S4 HANA

• Provide post-go-live support, enhancements, and performance tuning

To ensure all received products meet quality standards and to manage product claims and corrective actions with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect products for quality compliance upon receipt and in stock.

• Identify and document product defects or discrepancies.

• Coordinate with suppliers on claims, replacements, or credits.

• Support regulatory compliance and maintain QA documentation.

• Participate in cross-functional meetings within the organization.

• Work closely with operations and planners to resolve quality issues.
