Opportunity for Experienced Engineering Manager – Design & Documentation Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Engineering Manager to lead and oversee the coordination, quality, and documentation of all technical and engineering operations across the company.

Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor all technical/engineering activities including design, coordination, QA, and documentation
Direct, plan, and coordinate departmental operations: quality control, design review, progress tracking, and performance evaluation
Lead the preparation of Method Statements (MSRA, ITP, RA), O&M manuals, compliance documents, and technical presentations for clients and consultants
Review and approve technical submittals such as shop drawings (GA & IFC)
Resolve technical issues at the site during execution
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure necessary approvals before implementation
Prepare daily and monthly reports and fulfill additional duties as required

Requirements:

Degree or higher in Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong project management background
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good knowledge of CAD, REVIT, PDF, and ACONEX
Preferred experience in waterproofing, protective coatings, and EIFS systems
Strong initiative and ability to improve processes independently
Team-oriented with leadership skills
Excellent communication (verbal and written)
Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to influence and communicate effectively at senior management level

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced HSE Manager to lead and maintain world-class Health, Safety, and Environmental systems within EPC projects, especially aligned with ADNOC and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and continuously enhance HSE systems compliant with ADNOC, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards
Lead and mentor a team of HSE professionals including Engineers and Officers
Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments; ensure hazard identification and control
Drive compliance with all regulatory and client HSE requirements
Investigate incidents and implement corrective/preventive actions
Work closely with Project and Construction Managers to integrate HSE into project execution
Lead audits and emergency response drills
Prepare and submit HSE reports, statistics, and compliance documentation
Promote a strong culture of safety and accountability across all teams
Stay up to date with evolving industry standards and ensure company-wide compliance

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 15 years in HSE roles, preferably in Oil & Gas EPC sector
NEBOSH Diploma or Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
Lead Auditor certification: ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001
Membership in an international HSE organization (preferred)

We are hiring a Procurement Engineer to support our operations through strategic sourcing, supplier management, and efficient procurement processes aligned with construction project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify material and service requirements for various projects
Develop procurement strategies aligned with timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
Prepare and issue RFQs and RFPs
Ensure timely processing of Purchase Orders
Monitor costs and seek cost-saving opportunities
Track deliveries and ensure timely arrival of goods
Maintain accurate procurement records
Evaluate suppliers using data analysis
Manage accounts payable related to procurement
Submit procurement reports to Procurement Manager

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or Supply Chain
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a construction company (preferably in Waterproofing & Flooring)
