Job Summary

The Helper will assist skilled workers in glass installation and sticker pasting by performing supportive tasks that ensure smooth operations and timely project completion. This role involves physical labor, attention to detail, and following instructions accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Material Handling:

• Load and unload aluminum and glass materials from delivery trucks.

• Transport materials to designated work areas.

Support to Skilled Workers:

• Assist in the installation of aluminum frames, glass panels, and related components.

• Hold, cut, shape, and position materials as directed by skilled workers.

Tool and Equipment Management:

• Prepare and maintain tools and equipment for daily tasks.

• Ensure tools are cleaned and stored properly after use.

Site Preparation and Clean-up:

• Prepare work sites by setting up scaffolding, ladders, and other necessary equipment.

• Clean work sites by removing debris and disposing of waste properly.

Safety Compliance:

• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Job Summary

The Fabrication & Assembly Supervisor will plan, coordinate, and oversee the production of aluminum and glass products including doors, windows, curtain walls, partitions, and façades. The role involves supervising shop floor activities, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Coordination:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor fabrication and assembly of aluminum and glass products.

• Interpret technical drawings and collaborate with design and estimation teams.

Shop Floor Supervision:

• Supervise production activities to ensure compliance with design, quality, and timelines.

• Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements in production processes.

Resource Management:

• Ensure optimal use of materials, labor, and equipment with minimal waste.

• Collaborate with procurement for timely availability of raw materials and fittings.

Safety & Quality Control:

• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards.

Reporting:

• Generate daily and weekly production reports and assist in planning future projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role within the aluminum and glass industry.

• Knowledge of glass processing, hardware fitting, and installation procedures.

• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and AutoCAD.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Daily Accounting Tasks

• Perform precise data entry and maintain accurate financial records.

• Reconcile financial records and intercompany balances.

• File accounts-related documents.

• Manage office correspondence including emails and phone calls.

Accounts Receivable Management

• Oversee daily accounts receivable processes.

• Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payments.

• Process and record customer payments, credits, and adjustments.

• Reconcile accounts receivable discrepancies and resolve customer inquiries.

• Prepare and send invoices, statements, and payment reminders.
