High-Earning Opportunity for Experienced Off-Plan Agents in Dubai

We have extensive experience in navigating the dynamic real estate market of Dubai and the UAE. We leverage this experience to help clients secure the best real estate deals while safeguarding their long-term interests.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Agent – Off-Plan, based in Dubai. The selected agent will be responsible for marketing and selling off-plan properties to potential clients. Daily duties include identifying and engaging buyers, presenting property features and benefits, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The role also involves generating leads, giving property tours, and nurturing client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in off-plan properties

1 to 6 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Skilled in lead generation and client relationship management

Deep knowledge of the Dubai property market

Self-motivated and results-oriented

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred

Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
