Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From AED 3,500 per month

Job Responsibilities:

1. Receive and process operational requests from the Operation Supervisor

2. Open and complete job forms accurately for each assigned task

3. Ensure shipment documents are complete and correct

4. Request legalized invoices as needed

5. Coordinate with truck suppliers and drivers, provide updates by email

6. Follow up on shipment pickups and handling

7. Update clients via email and calls on shipment collection and delivery status

8. Communicate with suppliers and provide instructions to drivers

9. Prepare delivery notes and hand over to drivers

10. Send pre-alerts to border and destination agents

11. Follow up with customs brokers at border checkpoints

12. Communicate with warehouse staff to:
     a) Send pre-alerts

13. Update the daily trip status sheet

14. Prepare turnover documentation

15. Inspect shipments upon loading/unloading for:

• Submit requests for legalized invoices

• Coordinate with truck suppliers and drivers, and send updates via email

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee customs clearance for import/export shipments

• Liaise with customs at Jebel Ali, Port Rashid, DWC, etc.

• Coordinate inspections at DAFZA, container yards, and JAFZA

• Prepare documentation: Import Permits, Bills of Entry, Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin

• Use Dubai Trade & Mirsal II to handle customs transactions

• Stay updated on tariff codes, VAT, and trade regulations

• Coordinate truck dispatch, entry permits, and gate passes for JAFZA/free zones

• Support drivers with customs and clearance procedures
