1. Coordinate Global Shipping – We’re Hiring an Export Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

 Job Initiation & Documentation

• Assist account handlers by processing job opening notifications

• Verify and collect all required documents

• Extract B/L (Bill of Lading) data and coordinate with IT for system entry

• Distribute B/L copies to internal stakeholders

Operational Coordination

• Finalize and complete job opening tasks efficiently

• Notify relevant teams upon job confirmation

• Arrange and document prepaid freight accurately

Invoicing & Manifestation

• Complete invoicing for export shipments promptly and accurately

• Handle FCL (Full Container Load) manifestation with full compliance

 Customer & Internal Communication

• Maintain regular updates with clients and respond to inquiries

• Share quotations with accurate and competitive pricing

• Coordinate import/export operations for assigned accounts

 Logistics & Document Handling

• Work closely with transport teams to collect and deliver essential documents

• Ensure proper handling of DOs, cheques, and shipping paperwork

• ترتيب الشحنات المدفوعة مسبقاً وتوثيقها بدقة

 الفوترة والمانيفست

• إنهاء الفواتير الخاصة بالشحنات التصديرية بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد

• إعداد مانيفست حاويات FCL والامتثال للوائح الشحن

 التواصل مع العملاء والفرق الداخلية

• التواصل المنتظم مع العملاء وتقديم التحديثات اللازمة

• إعداد ومشاركة عروض الأسعار بدقة وبشكل تنافسي

1. Full-Time Logistics Specialist – WMS & Multimodal Freight Experience Required

Job Summary
We are seeking a Coordinator – Logistics to join our MFC Contract Logistics Team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end logistics operations with a strong focus on third-party logistics (3PL). You will be responsible for timely coordination between principals, customers, and internal teams for import/export processes, ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for assigned customer accounts

• Arrange collection of shipping/import/export documents from clients

• Open job files and update the Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately

• Oversee product/material movements in and out of the country

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and international/local regulations

• Negotiate freight and transport rates with approved suppliers

Job Specifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a 3PL logistics environment

• Knowledge Areas: Warehousing, Distribution, WMS, Multimodal transport (sea, air, land)

• Skills: Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills
