1. Electrical Design Engineer Role – Oil & Gas Sector (ADNOC Focus)

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Designer to support the design and engineering work for an ADNOC Onshore project. The ideal candidate will produce detailed electrical design packages in compliance with ADNOC and international standards. Candidates must have strong technical expertise and experience with electrical design tools and oil & gas environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop single-line diagrams, cable routing, grounding, lighting & power layouts

• Prepare wiring diagrams, schematics, and construction drawings as per ADNOC standards

• Ensure compliance with ADNOC specifications, IEC, NEC, and IEEE codes

• Perform cable sizing and voltage drop calculations

• Prepare MTOs and BOMs; assist procurement with technical input

• Coordinate with instrumentation, civil, and mechanical teams

• Support site teams during construction and commissioning

• Participate in model reviews and HAZOP/HAZID sessions

• Follow ADNOC's HSE and project safety protocols

Key Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering

• 5–10 years in electrical design within oil & gas or petrochemical sector

• Strong skills in AutoCAD, MicroStation, ETAP, Dialux (SmartPlant is a plus)

• Familiarity with ADNOC specifications preferred

• Experience with substations, UPS, MCCs, lighting systems

• Able to interpret P&IDs, SLDs, vendor drawings
