Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily laboratory operations and testing activities.
Perform quality control on raw materials, in-process samples, and final products.
Develop and implement lab procedures and safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records and test documentation.
Support R&D and technical troubleshooting.
Collaborate with production to maintain product quality.
Manage calibration, maintenance, and inventory of lab equipment.

المهام الوظيفية:

الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للمختبر وإدارة أنشطة الاختبارات.

إجراء التحاليل وضبط الجودة للمواد الخام، والعينات قيد التصنيع، والمنتجات النهائية.

تطوير وصيانة إجراءات وسلامة المختبر.

ضمان الامتثال للمعايير الصناعية والمتطلبات التنظيمية ومواصفات العملاء.

حفظ السجلات والتقارير بدقة كاملة.

دعم تطوير المنتجات وحل المشكلات الفنية.

التعاون مع فرق الإنتاج لضمان الجودة والثبات.

تحديد وتطوير فرص عمل جديدة في قطاع النفط والغاز داخل دولة الإمارات والأسواق الدولية.

قيادة مبيعات المواد الكيميائية النفطية، إضافات الحفر، حلول معالجة الإنتاج، والمعدات الصناعية.

إجراء أبحاث سوقية وتحليل المنافسين والفرص الناشئة.

تقديم عروض تقديمية ومقترحات فنية للعملاء المحتملين.
-
التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية لضمان تلبية متطلبات العملاء.

تحقيق أهداف المبيعات والنمو والتوسع الاستراتيجي.

تمثيل الشركة في الفعاليات والمعارض والمؤتمرات المتخصصة.
