Role Overview
As General Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and drive strategic growth across all divisions.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Lead operational planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring to achieve company goals.
Human Resources Oversight
Manage recruitment, staff training, and professional development programs to build a skilled workforce.
Cross-Department Coordination
Coordinate efforts among design, procurement, and execution teams for smooth project workflows.
Project Management
Guarantee timely project delivery, uphold quality standards, and implement effective cost control measures.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders to align expectations and project outcomes.
Division Collaboration
Promote synergies with Ramzin’s Real Estate, Vacation Homes, and Café divisions to maximize growth.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Business, or related field

6 to 10 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out or project management

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with project management software is advantageous
