Responsibilities
Product Leadership & Strategy

Lead the development of omnichannel, innovative product solutions aligned with client goals

Define workplans, frameworks, and delivery roadmaps for cross-functional teams

Act as a key advisor on product innovation, strategy, and business feasibility
Innovation & Emerging Technology
-
Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and strategy teams to explore and apply emerging technologies

Validate new ideas and drive early-stage concept testing, prototyping, and iteration
-
Guide clients in adopting forward-thinking approaches that deliver sustainable differentiation
Team & Client Management
-
Oversee and mentor cross-functional reports and contribute to capability building
-
Foster a collaborative team culture while ensuring high standards of delivery

Engage directly with clients to present insights, lead workshops, and ensure strategic alignment

Drive continuous feedback loops to shape answers and final product outputs
Requirements

Proven experience in product management, innovation consulting, or venture design
-
Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with engineering and design teams

Demonstrated success in delivering omnichannel products across industries
-
Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in agile product development methodologies
-
Excellent client-facing, leadership, and team management skills

الابتكار والتكنولوجيا الناشئة
التعاون بشكل وثيق مع فرق التصميم والهندسة والاستراتيجية لاستكشاف التقنيات الناشئة وتطبيقها
التحقق من صحة الأفكار الجديدة وقيادة اختبار المفاهيم في المرحلة المبكرة والنماذج الأولية والتكرار
توجيه العملاء في تبني مناهج تفكيرية تقدمية تحقق التميز المستدام
إدارة الفريق والعملاء
الإشراف على التقارير الوظيفية المتعددة وتوجيهها والمساهمة في بناء القدرات
تعزيز ثقافة الفريق التعاوني مع ضمان معايير عالية للتسليم
التواصل بشكل مباشر مع العملاء لتقديم الأفكار وقيادة ورش العمل وضمان التوافق الاستراتيجي
قيادة حلقات التغذية الراجعة المستمرة لتشكيل الإجابات ومخرجات المنتج النهائي
متطلبات
خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المنتجات أو استشارات الابتكار أو تصميم المشاريع
القدرة التقنية القوية والراحة في العمل مع فرق الهندسة والتصميم
أثبت نجاحه في تقديم منتجات متعددة القنوات عبر الصناعات
مفكر استراتيجي يتمتع بخبرة عملية في منهجيات تطوير المنتجات الرشيقة
مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع العملاء والقيادة وإدارة الفريق
