Role: Be the first point of contact for building occupants, clients, and visitors. Provide assistance and information related to building services, meeting rooms, and events.
Housekeeping Supervisor
Experience: 3-5 years supervisory in housekeeping or soft services
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management
Role: Supervise daily housekeeping operations, cleaning schedules, and oversee soft services like waste management, pest control, laundry, pantry, reception, and vendor management.
Administration Executive
Experience: 2-4 years in administration
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Role: Manage documentation, records, and reports related to facility operations using MS Office. Generate daily and weekly MIS reports for management review.
Supervisor – Facilities Management
Experience: 4-7 years supervisory in MEP services
Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Role: Manage contract delivery for facility management services, including MEP and specialist services.
Assistant Manager – Facilities Management
Experience: Minimum 10 years in facilities management or related field
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil)
Role: Inspect contracted services to ensure performance standards, lead CAFM implementation, and manage spare parts and consumables inventory.

مشرف التدبير المنزلي
الخبرة: 3-5 سنوات في الإشراف على التدبير المنزلي أو الخدمات اللينة
المؤهل: شهادة جامعية / دبلوم في إدارة الفنادق
الدور: الإشراف على عمليات التدبير المنزلي اليومية، جداول التنظيف، والإشراف على الخدمات اللينة مثل إدارة النفايات، مكافحة الآفات، الغسيل، المخزن، الاستقبال، وإدارة الموردين.
تنفيذي إدارة
الخبرة: 2-4 سنوات في الإدارة
المؤهل: بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة
الدور: إدارة الوثائق والسجلات والتقارير المتعلقة بعمليات المرافق باستخدام برامج MS Office. إعداد تقارير MIS اليومية والأسبوعية للمراجعة الإدارية.
مشرف إدارة المرافق
الخبرة: 4-7 سنوات إشراف في خدمات MEP
المؤهل: دبلوم / بكالوريوس في الهندسة
الدور: إدارة تنفيذ عقود خدمات إدارة المرافق بما في ذلك خدمات MEP والخدمات التخصصية.
مساعد مدير – إدارة المرافق
الخبرة: 10 سنوات كحد أدنى في إدارة المرافق أو مجال ذي صلة
المؤهل: بكالوريوس في الهندسة (ميكانيكية، كهربائية، مدنية)
الدور: تفتيش الخدمات المتعاقد عليها لضمان معايير الأداء، قيادة تنفيذ نظام CAFM، وإدارة مخزون قطع الغيار والاستهلاكات.
