1. Montessori Teacher – Experienced & Certified (Female - Own Visa)

• Salary: AED 2,500 per month

• Location: Al Barsha, Dubai

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver lessons based on the Montessori method tailored to individual learning needs

  • Prepare the classroom and materials according to Montessori principles

  • Observe and record each child’s progress, providing guidance and support

  • Foster independence, curiosity, and a love of learning

  • Collaborate with colleagues, therapists, and parents to ensure holistic development

  • Maintain a calm, organized, and safe learning environment

• Essential Requirements:

  • Montessori Diploma (AMI or equivalent) – mandatory

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching in a Montessori setting

  • Strong English communication skills; Arabic or French is a plus

  • Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress; share updates with parents and specialists

  • Differentiate instruction to support children with additional needs

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of educators, therapists, and administrators
