Fit-Out Supervisor Opportunity with Top UAE Projects

Job Title: Onsite Fit-Out Supervisor
Location: United Arab Emirates
Experience Required: Minimum 6 years of UAE experience in Retail & Commercial Projects

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Onsite Fit-Out Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out works across retail and commercial projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader capable of coordinating all site activities to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily fit-out operations on site
Ensure project completion within set timeframes, budgets, and quality standards
Liaise effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants
Perform regular site inspections and report progress, issues, and risks

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of hands-on UAE experience in fit-out projects (retail & commercial)
Strong understanding of UAE building codes and regulations
Proven record in delivering fit-out projects successfully
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities
Valid UAE driving license

الخبرة المطلوبة: 6 سنوات من الخبرة داخل دولة الإمارات في مشاريع التجهيزات التجارية والبيع بالتجزئة

نبحث عن مشرف ميداني ذو خبرة عالية للإشراف على تنفيذ مشاريع التجهيزات الداخلية (Fit-Out) في المواقع التجارية ومتاجر التجزئة. يجب أن يتمتع المتقدم بمهارات قيادية قوية وقدرة على التنسيق الكامل لضمان سير الأعمال في الوقت المحدد وبجودة عالية.

المهام الرئيسية:

الإشراف والتنسيق على جميع أنشطة التجهيز في الموقع
التأكد من إنجاز المشاريع ضمن الجدول الزمني والميزانية وبأعلى جودة
التنسيق مع المقاولين والموردين والاستشاريين
إجراء زيارات تفقدية للموقع ورفع تقارير مفصلة عن التقدم والملاحظات

Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and driven Female Business Development Executive to grow our client base and support our expansion in the competitive interior fit-out industry. Candidates must be passionate about sales, design, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Development:

Identify potential clients in the retail, hospitality, and commercial sectors
Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients

Sales & Marketing:

Develop strategies to achieve sales targets
Present MEFCO’s services professionally
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations

Market Intelligence:

Research trends and opportunities in the interior design industry

Team Collaboration & Reporting:

Coordinate with project/design teams to align client expectations
Maintain accurate client records and sales data

Networking & Branding:

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and business gatherings

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in business development (interiors or construction preferred)
Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
