1. Drive Sales Growth – Business Development Executive Needed for AMC Solutions

Position: Business Development Executive – ELV/CCTV/ICT Outdoor Sales (UAE)

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in the UAE. The candidate must have hands-on experience in ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Intercoms, and Structured Cabling, with a primary focus on Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities in ELV, CCTV, and ICT AMC sectors.

• Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of clients.

• Build strong relationships with clients and offer customized AMC packages.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive selling.

• Schedule and coordinate AMC site visits with the technical team.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

• Prepare and present customized proposals.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of B2B sales/marketing experience (ELV or ICT preferred).

• Solid background in selling or marketing ELV systems.

• Proven sales track record.

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM and social media skills are a plus.

• UAE driving license and personal vehicle are mandatory.

Important:
Outdoor sales experience in ELV Systems, Building Materials, or Product Installation Sales is required.

نبحث عن تنفيذي تطوير أعمال متمرس للانضمام إلى فريقنا في دولة الإمارات. يجب أن يكون لدى المتقدم خبرة قوية في أنظمة ELV مثل كاميرات المراقبة، أنظمة التحكم في الدخول، الإنتركم، والكابلات المنظمة، مع تركيز خاص على مبيعات عقود الصيانة السنوية (AMC).

المهام الرئيسية:

• تحديد واستهداف الفرص الجديدة في قطاعات ELV وCCTV وICT.

• إدارة قاعدة بيانات العملاء وبناء علاقات طويلة الأمد.

• تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والربع سنوية.

• التنسيق مع الفريق الفني لزيارات المواقع الخاصة بـ AMC.

Position: ELV/CCTV Technician – UAE

We are urgently hiring ELV Technicians to support our operations across the UAE. If you’re technically skilled and passionate about low voltage systems, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install and configure CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Intercom, PA Systems, and Network Cabling.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot system faults.

• Supervise installations and conduct testing and commissioning.

• Maintain accurate documentation of tasks and site activity.

• Provide client support, including training and technical assistance.

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in ELV systems.
