Site Civil Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi

Supervise all on-site construction including subcontractors, resolve daily site issues, and inspect all work to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
Provide appropriate construction supervision to ensure quality assurance as per contract documents.
Advise and assist contractors on construction procedures.
Observe safety procedures on site and issue instructions to correct violations.
Liaise with consultants and design teams to maintain high contract standards.
Monitor project progress, assess standards, review design changes, and update the Project Manager.
Assist in new project proposals including layout preparation, budget estimates, and design development.

Plan resource applications in advance and track costs per application.
Prepare risk assessments and job safety analysis for site activities.
Compare planned versus actual progress and communicate with relevant parties.
Requirements: BSc in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
Familiarity with construction methods, materials, characteristics, and installation procedures.

Location: Abu Dhabi

Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in engineering consulting with proficiency in 3D Max, SketchUp, V-ray, Lumion, Corona, AutoCAD, Revit, and Photoshop.
Must have a portfolio showcasing creative concept design, 3D modeling, and rendering skills.
Familiar with Abu Dhabi codes and regulations.
Handle client meetings effectively.
Must be able to work under pressure and be creative in design ideas.
Arabic speaker preferred with strong communication skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Language: Arabic and English preferred.
