About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Camp Manager to oversee daily camp operations, ensuring smooth coordination, staff performance, and compliance with safety protocols. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for creating well-run, safe living environments for diverse groups.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in developing and implementing camp policies and procedures
• Supervise, train, and support all camp staff members
• Ensure the camp environment is safe, organized, and enjoyable
• Adhere to and enforce all health and safety regulations
• Manage camp budgets, supplies, and daily resources
• Organize and coordinate daily camp activities and routines
• Monitor operations and evaluate overall camp performance
• Maintain accurate records and submit regular reports

Requirements
• Experience in camp management or facility coordination is preferred
• Strong leadership, multitasking, and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of health, safety, and administrative protocols
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus (optional)

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
• المساعدة في تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات المخيم
• الإشراف على جميع موظفي المخيم وتدريبهم ودعمهم

• الالتزام بجميع لوائح الصحة والسلامة وتطبيقها • إدارة

المتطلبات
• يفضل الخبرة في إدارة المخيم أو تنسيق المرافق

• معرفة بروتوكولات الصحة والسلامة والإدارة
• رخصة قيادة إماراتية سارية المفعول تعد ميزة إضافية (اختياري)
