Responsibilities

Design Oversight

• Manage and monitor the performance of the Design Team to ensure alignment with project scope and compliance with all requirements

• Review architectural and technical drawings, provide constructive feedback, and ensure all revisions are implemented across documentation

• Coordinate with Senior Discipline Engineers to maintain quality and design coherence across all trades

Approvals & Strategy

• Lead the preparation and submission of all required planning and authority approvals

• Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations and streamline communication with authorities

• Evaluate the overall project strategy and provide recommendations for enhancement and risk mitigation

Value Engineering & Cost Optimization

• Drive a detailed value engineering process to optimize design efficiency and construction cost

• Propose alternatives in materials, systems, or construction methodologies to enhance lifecycle performance

• Support the Site Supervisory team in implementing design standards during execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field

• Minimum 10 years of experience in design development and project management with internationally recognized developers or architectural firms

• Proven expertise in handling large-scale developments across the UAE

• Deep understanding of UAE planning approvals, authority regulations, and construction methodologies

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• مراجعة الرسومات المعمارية والفنية، وتقديم ملاحظات بناءة، والتأكد من تنفيذ جميع المراجعات عبر الوثائق

• التنسيق مع مهندسي الانضباط الكبار للحفاظ على الجودة وتماسك التصميم في جميع المهن

الموافقات والاستراتيجية

• قيادة إعداد وتقديم جميع الموافقات التخطيطية والصلاحيات المطلوبة

• ضمان الامتثال الكامل للوائح دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وتبسيط التواصل مع السلطات

• تقييم استراتيجية المشروع الشاملة وتقديم توصيات لتحسينها وتخفيف المخاطر

هندسة القيمة وتحسين التكلفة

• قيادة عملية هندسة القيمة التفصيلية لتحسين كفاءة التصميم وتكلفة البناء

• اقتراح بدائل في المواد أو الأنظمة أو منهجيات البناء لتحسين أداء دورة الحياة

• دعم فريق الإشراف على الموقع في تنفيذ معايير التصميم أثناء التنفيذ

متطلبات

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو مجال ذي صلة

• خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في تطوير التصميم وإدارة المشاريع مع مطورين أو شركات معمارية معترف بها دوليًا

• خبرة مثبتة في التعامل مع التطورات واسعة النطاق في جميع أنحاء دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة

• فهم عميق لموافقات التخطيط في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، ولوائح الهيئة، ومنهجيات البناء

• مهارات قوية في القيادة والتنظيم والتواصل
