💼 Key Responsibilities:
Handle cash credit card and insurance transactions at the front desk and billing counters
Ensure accurate billing and collection for outpatient and inpatient services
Maintain records of daily collections and submit cash reconciliation reports
Coordinate with the finance and insurance teams for billing accuracy and approvals
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
✅ Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a cashier preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
Familiarity with hospital billing systems and insurance processes DHA MOH regulations preferred
Strong numerical communication and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Fluent in English Arabic is a plus
