Your Impact
As a Graduate Trainee, you’ll play a key supporting role in procurement operations. By assisting in vendor management and documentation processes, your contribution will help streamline supply activities and enhance production outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing materials, spare parts, and services essential to cement manufacturing

• Support the procurement team with purchase orders, RFQs, and comparison sheets

• Coordinate with vendors to track and ensure timely delivery of materials and services

Supplier Relationship Management

• Update and maintain accurate supplier databases

• Help onboard new suppliers and perform basic evaluations

• Communicate with vendors to clarify order requirements and resolve minor issues under supervision

Compliance & Documentation

• Adhere to company procurement policies and procedures

• Assist in maintaining organized records of contracts, quotations, and procurement files to support audits and compliance checks

Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field

• Strong interest in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industrial environment

• دعم فريق المشتريات بأوامر الشراء وطلبات عروض الأسعار وأوراق المقارنة

• التنسيق مع البائعين لتتبع وضمان تسليم المواد والخدمات في الوقت المناسب

إدارة علاقات الموردين

• تحديث وصيانة قواعد بيانات الموردين الدقيقة

• المساعدة في دمج الموردين الجدد وإجراء التقييمات الأساسية

• التواصل مع البائعين لتوضيح متطلبات الطلب وحل المشكلات البسيطة تحت الإشراف

الامتثال والتوثيق

• الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات المشتريات الخاصة بالشركة

• المساعدة في الحفاظ على السجلات المنظمة للعقود والعروض وملفات المشتريات لدعم عمليات التدقيق والتحقق من الامتثال

متطلبات

• خريج جديد حاصل على درجة جامعية في إدارة الأعمال أو سلسلة التوريد أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة

• اهتمام قوي بالمشتريات أو الخدمات اللوجستية أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد

• مهارات جيدة في التواصل والتنسيق

• الرغبة في التعلم والتكيف في بيئة صناعية سريعة الخطى
