🏢 Role Summary
Responsible for managing and coordinating governance activities to ensure that all governance requirements related to ADG’s operations are met timely and effectively.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities

Develop policies and processes for the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Department aligned with ADG’s standards and regulations.

Prepare and regularly submit governance activity reports and outcomes to management.

Ensure availability and adherence to policies, processes, and Delegation of Authority (DOA) transactions across all ADG functions.

Monitor governance compliance within ADG’s operational functions according to established policies and DOA.

Track regulatory developments and assess their impact on business operations.
