We are a company specialized in interior fit-out works, looking to hire a talented Project Coordinator to join our project team.
Job Purpose
Assist in the complete project execution process to ensure timely, organized, and cost-effective completion of projects in line with approved designs and quality standards, achieving customer satisfaction and maintaining company reputation.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects.

Prepare detailed project plans and schedule timelines.

الهدف من الوظيفة
المساعدة في تنفيذ المشاريع بشكل كامل لضمان إكمالها ضمن الإطارات الزمنية المحددة وبطريقة منظمة وفعالة من حيث التكلفة، بما يتوافق مع التصميمات المعتمدة ومعايير الجودة، لتحقيق رضا العملاء والحفاظ على سمعة الشركة واستمرارية العمل.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية

المساعدة في التوجيه العام، التنسيق، التنفيذ، السيطرة، وإكمال المشاريع المحددة.

ضمان التوافق مع استراتيجية الشركة والتزاماتها وأهدافها.

إعداد خطة المشروع وجدولة الجداول الزمنية.

تحديد مهام المشروع ومتطلبات الموارد.
Sales Coordinator / Estimator
🔹 Responsibilities and Duties
-
Coordinate with the sales team to support business objectives.
-
Prepare proposals and quotations for prospective and existing clients.
-
Follow up on quotations, negotiate, and close deals to achieve targets.

Perform quantity take-offs for projects.
-
Prepare costing estimates accurately.
-
Ensure inquiries are processed timely and meet customer requirements.
🔹 Qualifications and Skills
-
Proficient in AutoCAD (must-have).
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Strong command of English (oral and written).

Experience in interior fit-out projects.

معرفة قوية ببرنامج AutoCAD (ضروري).

مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية ممتازة.

إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.

خبرة في مجال أعمال الديكور الداخلي.
