1- Construction Helper

Location: Sharjah

Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Construction Helpers to assist skilled tradespeople on-site and support construction tasks for timely and safe project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload construction materials.

• Clean sites and remove debris.

• Assist carpenters, electricians, masons, and others.

• Operate tools under supervision.

• Mix and pour concrete; transport materials.

• Follow safety rules and wear protective gear.

• Perform general labor and site housekeeping.

Requirements:

• Physically fit and capable of lifting.

Role Snapshot:
We need a detail-oriented accountant to manage the books for two small Dubai-based companies and handle the personal/household finances of the business owner.

Core Duties (80% business-related):

• Daily bookkeeping and bank reconciliations via QuickBooks Online.

• Month-end close within 10 days (IFRS-style financials).

• Quarterly VAT and corporate tax filings.

• 13-week cash flow forecasting, budget vs. actual tracking.

• Payroll for <15 staff and WPS-based EOSB.

• Liaising with banks, auditors, and tax authorities.

3- Aluminum Installer (Skilled Technician)

Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 2,200 – 3,200/month

Role Overview:
We are hiring high-rise aluminum façade installers to safely and accurately install pre-fabricated curtain-wall and façade panels per UAE building codes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret shop drawings and installation plans.

• Coordinate with crane teams for panel placement.

• Align and secure panels using approved systems.

• Apply gaskets, sealants, and thermal barriers correctly.

• Perform air/water tightness checks and corrections.

• Maintain daily QA/QC documentation.

• Work from platforms/scaffolds per safety protocols.

تبحث الشركة عن محاسب دقيق ومنظم لإدارة الحسابات المالية لشركتين صغيرتين في دبي، بالإضافة إلى الحسابات الشخصية والمنزلية لصاحب العمل.

المهام الأساسية (80% مرتبطة بالشركات):

• مسك الدفاتر اليومية والمطابقة البنكية باستخدام QuickBooks Online.
