1- Sales Executive – Exhibitions

Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 6,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive for Exhibitions and Events, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across our portfolio of trade shows and conferences. You’ll build strong client relationships by offering tailored sponsorship, exhibiting, and partnership packages to maximize visibility and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential clients across target sectors.
Conduct cold calls, emails, and networking to generate a strong sales pipeline.
Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand client needs.
Prepare customized proposals and close deals (booth space, sponsorships, speaking opportunities).
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution.
Monitor market trends and competitors and provide feedback to management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2–4 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in exhibitions or events.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Bigin or HubSpot.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience in exhibition sales (Required).

2- Social Media Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for enhancing our digital presence and managing social media accounts for various exhibitions and events.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube).
Create engaging, high-quality content (text, visuals, videos, stories, reels) tailored to each platform.
Maintain content calendars in line with event schedules, campaigns, and trends.
Collaborate with design, content, and event teams to ensure consistent branding.
Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and build digital communities.
Monitor performance metrics using analytics tools and generate reports.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media.
Work with influencers, sponsors, and media partners to increase event exposure.
Provide live coverage and real-time social media updates during events.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
2+ years of proven experience managing social media, preferably in events or exhibitions.
Strong understanding of major platforms and content strategies.
Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
Basic graphic design/video editing (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, CapCut).
Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite).

بصفتك مندوب مبيعات للمعارض والفعاليات، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تحقيق نمو الإيرادات من خلال تحديد وتطوير وإغلاق فرص الأعمال الجديدة في معارضنا ومؤتمراتنا. ستقوم ببناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء وتقديم حلول شاملة للرعاية والاشتراك والشراكات لزيادة عائد الاستثمار.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

البحث عن عملاء محتملين في القطاعات المستهدفة وتوليد الفرص البيعية.

المهام الرئيسية:

تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التواصل الاجتماعي عبر جميع المنصات (Instagram، LinkedIn، Facebook، Twitter/X، TikTok، YouTube).
إنشاء محتوى جذاب وأصلي عالي الجودة (نصوص، صور، فيديوهات، Reels، Stories).
