🔧 Site Engineer

• Manages site operations and ensures construction progress aligns with plans and schedules.
• Coordinates with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants for smooth workflow.
• Conducts site inspections and resolves technical issues on-site.
• Monitors material usage, labor, and safety compliance.
• UAE experience and immediate availability are preferred.

✅ QA/QC Engineer

• Implements quality assurance processes across all project stages.
• Inspects materials, workmanship, and methods to meet safety and spec standards.
• Prepares inspection reports and maintains documentation for compliance.
• Collaborates with project managers and site teams for corrective actions.
• Experience in UAE projects and quality control systems is essential.

🧱 Draftsman

• Prepares detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD and related software.
• Works with engineers to convert sketches into precise structural layouts.
• Ensures all drawings meet project specifications and local regulations.
• Assists in revising drawings during design changes or site modifications.
• Must have strong drafting skills and UAE industry experience.

💼 Receptionist

• Welcomes guests, manages calls, and supports day-to-day office front desk operations.
• Maintains a professional and friendly environment for clients and team members.
• Schedules appointments and handles basic clerical duties.
• Organizes and maintains office records and correspondence.↚
• Well-presented with excellent communication skills is a must.

🦺 Safety Manager & Safety Officer

• Monitors site conditions and enforces HSE compliance across all operations.
• Conducts risk assessments, safety trainings, and emergency drills.
• Prepares safety reports, incident logs, and corrective measures.
• Liaises with local authorities for certifications and inspections.
• Candidates must have relevant safety certifications and UAE site experience.

👷‍♂️ Foreman – Finishing / Steel / Carpenter

Leads skilled workers in daily site tasks for finishing, steel fixing, or carpentry works.
Ensures tasks are completed per design, quality, and safety standards.
Coordinates material delivery and workforce allocation.
Troubleshoots technical site issues and ensures timely progress.
Experience in UAE construction sites is strongly preferred.
