In this role, you will analyze market trends, identify leasing opportunities, negotiate agreements, and ensure that retail tenants align with our strategic business objectives. You will collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Facilities to ensure a seamless leasing process and optimize tenant relationships.

Key Accountabilities

• Leasing Management & Business Strategy:

  • Responsible for all aspects of leasing management, including developing a leasing plan to identify new clients.

  • Negotiate with prospective tenants to maximize income in line with the business plan.

  • Ensure selected retailers fall into an approved tenant mix that aligns with the business strategy and market demand.

  • Analyze market data to identify new leasing opportunities, including vacancies and upcoming vacancies.

• Tenant-Mix Composition & Market Analysis:

• Optimize tenant-mix composition to align with company strategy and market demand.

• Track retailer trends and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making and business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail leasing and tenant management.

• Strong negotiation skills and experience in securing high-quality tenants.

• In-depth knowledge of the retail market in the UAE.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and coordination skills.

• Ability to analyze market trends and use data to make informed decisions.
