ERP Front-End Support and Integration Specialist
Customized ERP Front-End Support
• Provide day-to-day front-end support for the customized ERP system, addressing user queries and technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end ERP issues in collaboration with internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Ensure proper system functionality, workflow, and user experience in alignment with business requirements.
Meeting Coordination with ERP Vendors
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with ERP vendors to discuss system requirements, updates, patches, and enhancements.
• Act as the primary liaison between the organization’s functional areas and ERP vendors to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
• Document and track meeting discussions, decisions, and action items related to ERP support and implementation.
Data Analyst Specialist
Responsibilities
• Review and monitor the activities and performance of the sales team against the set targets.
• Monitor and report finished goods stocks level and advise the sales personnel accordingly.
• Draft and present the sales presentations, dashboard and proposals.
• Keep track of periodical customer feedback and advise corrective steps to improve the services.
• Review lost sales and customer accounts and present timely reports to Management.
• Source, procure and analyze data and information to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Review analysis of all sales activities and marketing campaigns, with the aim of providing reports and summaries to direct manager, the rest of the team and other functions.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
• Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with packing list.
• Update supervisor about damages & discrepancies on materials received.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
• Prepares plate for printing machines.
• Checks the complete separation in Bitmap Viewer for text, design, bleed, trapping, and overprints among others before making plates in CTP.
• Checks plates for quality, text and spelling.
• Ensures that plates issued to machines in all respect are correct.
• Ensures that proper housekeeping is maintained.
• Cleans plate processor and other related machines every after use.
• Prepares CTP plates, Flexo plates, Embossing blocks and Embossing films.
• Ensures that films and plates were arranged properly.
• Maintain the vigor of machines and to report to the immediate superior for any abnormalities found.

• استلام وفحص جميع المواد الواردة ومطابقتها مع قائمة التعبئة.
• تحديث المشرف حول الأضرار والتناقضات في المواد المستلمة.
• استلام أوراق إيصال التسليم وتخصيص المواد المطلوبة وإرسال تلك المواد مع عملية فحص مناسبة.
• حجز مادة معينة لعميل معين وتسليمها عند الطلب من التخطيط والإنتاج.
• ترتيب توقيع إيصالات التسليم وإعداد القائمة وتسليمها للشراء / الحسابات بالإجراء المناسب.
• الاحتفاظ بجميع المستندات في الملفات ذات الصلة.
• فحص وفصل المواد المرتجعة بحثًا عن العيوب وإخطار القسم الداخلي ذي الصلة بالتصرف.
• كلما اقترب مستوى مخزون العناصر العادية في المتجر من الحد الأدنى، أبلغ القسم ذي الصلة بذلك.
• التحقق من تواريخ انتهاء صلاحية المواد مرتين في الشهر، وعندما تكون أي مادة على وشك الانتهاء، أبلغ المشرف بذلك عبر البريد الإلكتروني.

صانع الأطباق - مشغل CTP
المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية للوظيفة
• تجهيز اللوحة لآلات الطباعة.
• التحقق من الفصل الكامل في Bitmap Viewer للنص والتصميم والنزيف والاحتجاز والطباعة الفوقية من بين أمور أخرى قبل صنع الألواح في CTP.
• فحص الألواح من حيث الجودة والنص والتهجئة.
• التأكد من صحة الألواح الصادرة للآلات من جميع النواحي.
• التأكد من الصيانة الجيدة.
• تنظيف معالج الألواح والآلات الأخرى ذات الصلة بعد كل استخدام.
• تجهيز ألواح CTP وألواح Flexo وكتل النقش وأفلام النقش.
• التأكد من ترتيب الأفلام والألواح بشكل صحيح.
• الحفاظ على قوة الآلات والإبلاغ إلى الرئيس المباشر عن أي تشوهات يتم العثور عليها.
• إبلاغ فريق الصيانة في حالة فحص الآلات بشكل روتيني للحفاظ على وظائفها.
• تجهيز الألواح التقليدية من الأفلام.
• إنتاج ألواح الطباعة عن طريق تعريض صفائح معدنية حساسة لضوء خاص من خلال سلبي فوتوغرافي. قد يعمل على تشغيل الآلات التي تعالج الألواح تلقائيًا.
