Fast Service LLC, a growing civil and interior contracting company based in Business Bay, Dubai, is urgently hiring an Arabic-speaking Document Controller with hands-on experience in managing construction documentation and applying through UAE government portals for civil projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and organize all project-related documents and files.

• Apply for permits, NOCs, and approvals through UAE government portals (DM, DDA, Trakhees, DEWA, etc.).

• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and government departments for document submissions and follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate records of submitted, approved, and pending documents.

• Ensure compliance with document control procedures and standards.

• Prepare regular reports and logs for project tracking.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Document Controller in construction or civil projects.

• Proficiency in managing construction documentation and using UAE government portals.

• Fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken).

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Knowledge of construction regulations and government processes (DM, DDA, DEWA, etc.) is preferred.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with various departments and ensure smooth document flow.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• التنسيق مع المهندسين، مديري المشاريع، والأقسام الحكومية لتقديم المستندات والمتابعة.

• حفظ السجلات بدقة للمستندات المقدمة، المعتمدة، والمعلقة.

• ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات التحكم في المستندات والمعايير المطلوبة.

• إعداد تقارير دورية و سجلات لمتابعة تقدم المشروع.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات

• خبرة مثبتة كمراقب مستندات في مشاريع البناء أو المقاولات المدنية.

• إتقان إدارة المستندات في المشاريع واستخدام بوابات الحكومة الإماراتية.

• إجادة اللغة العربية (كتابة وشفهياً).

• مهارات تنظيمية قوية وقدرة على التواصل الفعّال.

• معرفة باللوائح الخاصة بالبناء والإجراءات الحكومية (دائرة البلدية، دائرة دبي للتخطيط، ديوا، وغيرها) مفضلة.

• القدرة على التنسيق بفعالية مع الأقسام المختلفة وضمان سلاسة تدفق المستندات.
