Executive Assistant

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-site)
Company: Bombardier

Act as the Executive Assistant for all the administration of the Sales team for International (VP & RVPs).
Prepare presentations and sales reports.
Prepare and manage expense reports.
Lead and organize team conference calls.
Organize and maintain the calendar for the Vice President International, and necessary follow-ups to meet deadlines.
Prioritize incoming & outgoing calls and monitor emails to ensure prompt responses to requests for the Vice President.
Prepare travel itineraries and make required reservations (travel, hotels, cars, etc.).
Coordinate event planning & marketing activities for the team.
Manage customer calls and direct them to the proper sales team member.
Draft letters in multiple languages and prepare documents, presentations, and reports that require an extended knowledge of several office software.
Respond to requests for information, schedule meetings, prepare necessary documentation, and ensure follow-up actions are taken.
Maintain contacts with various direct reports to the Vice President, as well as members of senior management.
Monitor timesheets and holiday absences of the team.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Sheet Metal Mechanic

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-site)
Company: Bombardier

Study and interpret engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to understand assembly requirements.
Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft.
Remove and install aircraft components as required.
Fabricate and modify structural modifications on aircraft parts.
Perform minor structural repairs on composite components, both attached and detached.
Assist in conducting hidden damage inspections of aircraft structures.
Support complex structural repairs, both on and off aircraft.
Conduct thorough inspections of assembled components to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to aerospace industry standards.
Comply with environmental health and safety policies and procedures.
Participate in 5-S activities to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Perform work in a safe and timely manner.
Perform and document work according to appropriate manuals and regulations.
Operate ground support equipment as required.
Assist with aircraft component repair.
Perform mechanical and electrical removals and installations as needed.
Undertake other duties as assigned.

تنسيق تخطيط الفعاليات والأنشطة التسويقية للفريق.

دراسة وتفسير المخططات الهندسية، والرسومات الفنية، والمواصفات لفهم متطلبات التجميع.
استكشاف الأعطال، وإصلاحها، وفحصها، وأداء الصيانة على طائرات العملاء.
إزالة وتركيب مكونات الطائرات حسب الحاجة.
تصنيع وتعديل التعديلات الهيكلية على أجزاء الطائرات.
إجراء إصلاحات هيكلية بسيطة على المكونات المركبة، سواء كانت متصلة أو مفصولة.
المساعدة في إجراء فحوصات الأضرار المخفية لهياكل الطائرات.
دعم الإصلاحات الهيكلية المعقدة على الطائرات وخارجها.
إجراء فحوصات دقيقة للمكونات المجمعة لضمان الدقة والجودة والامتثال لمعايير صناعة الطيران.
الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات السلامة والصحة البيئية.
المشاركة في أنشطة 5-S للحفاظ على بيئة عمل نظيفة ومنظمة.
أداء العمل بطريقة آمنة وفي الوقت المحدد.
أداء وتوثيق العمل وفقًا للأدلة والتوجيهات المناسبة.
