Safety Officer

About the job

Take an active role in site safety management and ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations.

To work closely with safety representative from the supervising consultants, subcontractors and vendors.

Communicate and reporting safety performance to line management.

To monitor observation of site safety rules by project team members, subcontractors and vendors to prevent accidents / incidents and where necessary issue warnings to those who do not abide by the HSE policy for rectification purposes in case of non-compliance and unsatisfactory safety performances. Work Improvement notices as well as stop work orders shall be raised wherever necessary.

Undertake planned inspection and audit of all site operations to monitor compliance with statutory regulations, incl. ADPHC / OSHAD, DM Code of Construction Safety practice or Local regulatory requirements and observing HSE Policy.

Attend schedule and ad-hoc safety meetings.

To assist in the investigation of OHS related accidents, injuries, occupational hazards/illnesses or near misses etc. and make necessary recommendations.

Commercial Manager

General Experience

18+ years of experience, preferably with contractors (some experience with claims consultants would be an added advantage).

Degree qualified.

Must be commercial & contractually strong.

Possess strong leadership qualities.

Experience working on civil high-rise/building and villa projects within the Middle East (preferably UAE).

Must have worked within the GCC.

Experience managing multiple projects of AED 750m Dirhams and above.

Excellent command of the English language (Written & Oral).

Ability to multitask and work within a high-pressure environment.

Quality Control Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

 Review and implement Project Quality Plans, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and QCPs.

Conduct site inspections and surveillance of all civil activities such as: 

Earthworks, concreting, formwork, rebar installation

Structural steel works

Backfilling and compaction

Underground utilities, asphalt, and finishing works

Prepare and maintain inspection reports, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and corrective actions.

Monitor construction activities to ensure materials and workmanship meet project standards (ADNOC/ASTM/BS/API).

Coordinate with construction, consultants, and client QA/QC teams for inspections and approvals.

Verify compliance with HSE procedures and reporting of quality-related incidents.

Quantity Surveyor – Mechanical & E&I

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to validate quantities and monitor scope changes or variations.

Develop and assess subcontractor bills, ensuring accuracy and alignment with work progress.

Maintain detailed records of all site activities and support the contracts team with cost control and financial reporting.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure accurate measurement data for monthly valuations and cost forecasting.

Ensure all mechanical and E&I works are measured in compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

Support the preparation of claims, variations, and final accounts in coordination with the contracts department.

BIM Manager (UAE)

Qualifications:

 * Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field. A Master's degree is highly desirable.

 * A minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience within the construction industry, with a significant and demonstrable focus on BIM management and successful implementation on substantial projects, including at least 5 years in a direct managerial role overseeing BIM teams and processes.

 * Expert-level proficiency and extensive hands-on experience with Revit for advanced modeling, comprehensive documentation, and seamless collaborative workflows.

 * Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to effectively lead, motivate, and manage diverse teams.

 * A strong track record of successfully building, mentoring, and managing high-performing BIM teams.

حول الوظيفة

القيام بدور فعال في إدارة سلامة الموقع وضمان الامتثال للوائح السلامة والصحة والبيئة.

العمل بشكل وثيق مع ممثلي السلامة من الاستشاريين المشرفين والمقاولين من الباطن والبائعين.

التواصل والإبلاغ عن أداء السلامة إلى إدارة الخط.

مراقبة التزام أعضاء فريق المشروع والمقاولين من الباطن والموردين بقواعد السلامة في الموقع، وذلك لمنع وقوع الحوادث، وإصدار تحذيرات لمن لا يلتزمون بسياسة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، عند الضرورة، لتصحيح الوضع في حال عدم الامتثال أو عدم تحقيق أداء سلامة مرضٍ. وسيتم إصدار إشعارات تحسين العمل، بالإضافة إلى أوامر إيقاف العمل، عند الضرورة.

إجراء عمليات تفتيش وتدقيق مخططة لجميع عمليات الموقع لمراقبة الامتثال للوائح القانونية، بما في ذلك ADPHC / OSHAD، أو قانون ممارسات السلامة في البناء DM أو المتطلبات التنظيمية المحلية ومراعاة سياسة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.

مهندس مراقبة الجودة

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

 مراجعة وتنفيذ خطط جودة المشروع وخطط اختبار التفتيش (ITPs) وبيانات الطريقة وخطط مراقبة الجودة (QCPs).

إجراء عمليات تفتيش للمواقع ومراقبة جميع الأنشطة المدنية مثل:

مراقبة أنشطة البناء للتأكد من أن المواد وجودة الصنع تلبي معايير المشروع (ADNOC/ASTM/BS/API).

التنسيق مع فرق البناء والاستشاريين ومراقبة الجودة وضمان الجودة للعملاء فيما يتعلق بالفحوصات والموافقات.

إجراء زيارات منتظمة للموقع لمراقبة التقدم وضمان دقة بيانات القياس للتقييمات الشهرية وتوقعات التكلفة.

تأكد من أن جميع الأعمال الميكانيكية والكهربائية والصحية يتم قياسها وفقًا لمتطلبات المشروع والمعايير الصناعية.

دعم إعداد المطالبات والتعديلات والحسابات الختامية بالتنسيق مع قسم العقود.

مدير BIM (الإمارات العربية المتحدة)

المؤهلات:

 * درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية، أو الهندسة، أو إدارة الإنشاءات، أو مجال ذي صلة. يُفضّل الحصول على درجة الماجستير.

 * ما لا يقل عن 15 عامًا من الخبرة في المسؤولية التدريجية داخل صناعة البناء، مع التركيز بشكل كبير وواضح على إدارة BIM والتنفيذ الناجح للمشاريع الكبيرة، بما في ذلك ما لا يقل عن 5 سنوات في دور إداري مباشر للإشراف على فرق BIM والعمليات.

 * كفاءة على مستوى الخبراء وخبرة عملية واسعة في استخدام برنامج Revit للنمذجة المتقدمة والتوثيق الشامل وسير العمل التعاوني السلس.

 * مهارات استثنائية في القيادة والتواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين والعرض، مع القدرة المثبتة على قيادة وتحفيز وإدارة فرق متنوعة بشكل فعال.

 * سجل حافل بالنجاح في بناء وتوجيه وإدارة فرق BIM عالية الأداء.
