HSE Officer (NEBOSH Certified)

Job Title: HSE Officer (NEBOSH Certified)

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Officer with NEBOSH Certification to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the blasting and painting industry, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and ADNOC standards.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification for blasting and painting operations.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC, NEBOSH, and industry HSE regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits at project sites.
Provide HSE training and awareness programs to employees.
Investigate incidents, near-misses, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled NACE Level 2 Approved QC Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality control inspection for blasting and painting activities, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

2-3 years of experience in the UAE.
Perform inspections and quality checks on surface preparation and coating application as per project specifications.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC, NACE, and international coating standards.
Conduct visual and instrument-based inspections, including DFT, adhesion tests, and environmental condition monitoring.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, Method of Statement, ITP checklists, and documentation.
Identify and report non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Coordinate with project teams, clients, and third-party inspectors to ensure quality assurance.
Conduct audits and provide technical support for quality control processes.
