Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.
- Prepare financial reports in compliance with IFRS standards.
- Support activities related to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
- Handle ad hoc reporting requests accurately and efficiently.
- Manage workload under pressure and tight deadlines.
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and IFRS standards.
- Proven ability in financial analysis and reporting.
- Experience or understanding of M&A activities.
- Excellent time management and stress-handling skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar financial role.
- CMA or CPA certification is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the social media strategy across all social platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create posting strategies and content calendars.
- Manage a team of creators and analysts to deliver data-driven content.
- Liaise with the social media agency and ensure seamless delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to amplify integrated social media campaigns.
- Monitor trends, analyze performance, submit reports, and oversee community engagement.
- Be the go-to leader for crisis and reputation management online.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years in social media/digital marketing, including team leadership.
- Strategic, creative thinker with a strong grasp of content and analytics.
- Proven success in high-profile or fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is a must for content creation, engagement, and cultural accuracy.

- قيادة استراتيجية وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي عبر جميع المنصات الاجتماعية (إنستغرام، X، تيك توك، لينكد إن، إلخ).
- إنشاء استراتيجيات النشر وجداول المحتوى.
- إدارة فريق من المبدعين والمحللين لتقديم محتوى يعتمد على البيانات.
- التنسيق مع وكالة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وضمان تسليم سلس.
- التعاون عبر الوظائف لتكبير الحملات المدمجة عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
- متابعة الاتجاهات، تحليل الأداء، تقديم التقارير، والإشراف على تفاعل المجتمع.
- كونك القائد الذي يلجأ إليه لإدارة الأزمات وإدارة السمعة عبر الإنترنت.
المتطلبات الرئيسية:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي/التسويق الرقمي، بما في ذلك قيادة الفريق.
- مفكر استراتيجي وإبداعي مع فهم قوي للمحتوى والتحليل.
- نجاح مثبت في بيئات سريعة أو عالية الملف.
