Specialist - Brand & Marketing Communications

Key Responsibilities:

 Brand Support

 Assist in ensuring consistent application of the brand identity across all marketing materials and touchpoints.

 Help conduct brand audits and contribute to the development of brand enhancement initiatives.

 Maintain brand asset libraries and templates for internal and external use.

 Marketing Campaign Execution

 Support the planning and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

 Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to help produce marketing content, visual assets, and campaign materials.

 Assist in tracking and reporting campaign performance, compiling metrics and insights for review.

 Content Development

 Draft and edit marketing materials including brochures, presentations, website copy, social media posts, and event collateral.

Manager - Emerging Tech

Operational responsibilities

 Daily Oversight and Operations:

 Assist the Head in the daily management of tech companies , including DLT Foundations . 

 Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring effective monitoring and compliance of tech companies, including DLT Foundations . 

 Serve as the acting Head in their absence, ensuring seamless continuity of operations and decision-making 

 Risk and Compliance Management:

 Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks related to tech companies . 

 Perform regular compliance checks and audits to ensure adherence to ADGM regulations. 

 Assess compliance with applicable ADGM regulations for DLT, blockchain and tech entities. 

Senior Manager - FSRA Markets Operations

Operational responsibilities

 Manage and assess operational and technology risks during licencing and supervision of Markets Firms, across trading, settlement, clearing, custody, etc. 

 Build and manage regulatory relationships with market stakeholders (Markets Firms, Vendors, Service providers and other regulatory agencies, etc). 

 Advise Markets on relevant changes to regional and international regulations and policy that impact Markets requirements relating to Operational risks, including in relation to Virtual Assets (COBS 17). 

 Be responsible for the assessment of operational, technology and Virtual Asset-related risks, during both licensing and supervision, of Markets Firms (as part of Markets’ supervisory responsibilities). 

 Provide SME support to Markets’ Market Surveillance (including in relation FIX requirements and related connectivity designs), Listing Authority (Disclosure Platform, etc), and wider Markets Firm licensing and supervisory functions. 

 Lead/assist in various technology implementation projects across the FSRA as required. 

Associate Director - Cluster Development

 Define, develop, create and execute ADGM’s member and partner ecosystem strategy around a specific number of strategic market initiatives 

 Oversight on continuous enhancement of ADGM’s offering by developing innovative offerings and continually improving the content of and market awareness of ADGM sectorial value propositions 

 Ensure alignment of development initiatives and business development activities with ADGM and authority-specific regulations 

 Maintain up-to-date knowledge on solutions and services offered by competitors 

 Identify development areas in processes and systems, recommend changes to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the client experience and the acquisition, on-boarding, retention, relationship management operating model
