We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join our real estate sales team. Full Job Description

We are currently looking for a Design Manager to join our team. Successful candidates must hold a degree in Architecture or Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical) with 5+ years of experience. Chartered certification or equivalent is a plus.

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee design works between engineering disciplines and architectural design.

• Chair design meetings and ensure alignment of all parties on their design requirements.

• Lead design discussions to steer conversations in a productive manner.

• Examine, prepare, and assess work programs/time schedules.

• Ensure all parties deliver their respective scopes on time and correctly.

• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports to update on work progress.
