About the Job

JOB OBJECTIVE:
As a Human Capital Trainee within the HC Business Partner team, the jobholder will gain practical experience and foundational knowledge in various HC activities, focusing on generalist work, employee relations, policy development, and coordination with other HC teams such as Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HC Operations, and Talent Management. This role also provides exposure to working with international regional teams.

This position is designed for a fresh graduate with less than two years of work experience who is eager to develop their HC career and contribute to a dynamic team. The role is part of a two-year training program (post successful completion of probation). المسؤوليات الرئيسية

تحليل الأعمال وتصميم العمليات

• تحديد احتياجات العمل من خلال الاستشارات والتحليل والملاحظات الموجهة

• قيادة ورش عمل مع أصحاب المصلحة وتقييم مدى ملاءمة أفضل ممارسات SAP

• إجراء تحليلات فجوة واقتراح تحسينات متوافقة مع معايير SAP

تكوين النظام والدعم

• تقديم الدعم الوظيفي لأنظمة SAP S/4HANA EAM

• تكوين العمليات التجارية الكاملة ودمجها مع المالية، واللوجستيات، وأنظمة المشاريع، وSuccessFactors

• إعداد الوثائق الأساسية: مستندات التعريف، مواصفات الوظائف، استراتيجية نقل البيانات

• تنفيذ تغييرات التكوين بناءً على طلبات التغيير والنماذج الأولية

التنفيذ والصيانة

• المساهمة في مشاريع تركز على المعدات، والصيانة الوقائية، وأوامر الصيانة، وإدارة تصاريح العمل

• الموافقة والإشراف على عمليات SAP EAM الكاملة

• إجراء الاختبارات المبدئية، ومعالجة المشكلات، وتنفيذ التحسينات

• التأكد من تحديث الوثائق الفنية ومواد التدريب باستمرار

الدمج وخبرة الأدوات

• فهم تكامل الأنظمة مع FICO، وMM، وPS، وEsri ArcGIS

• إتقان استخدام أدوات الجدولة متعددة الموارد (MRS) وتطبيق Asset Manager

• المساهمة في ترحيل البيانات من الأنظمة القديمة أو المكتسبة

معالجة الحوادث والتحديثات

• إدارة تذاكر الدعم الفني وفق اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة

• التعاون مع SAP والموردين لحل المشكلات البرمجية

• المشاركة في تقييم التحديثات وإصدار التوصيات المناسبة

المتطلبات

المؤهلات الأدنى

• درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسوب أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو شهادة دراسات عليا في الإدارة

الخبرة

• خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في SAP EAM/PM وتنفيذ الأنظمة بشكل كامل

• معرفة متعمقة بعمليات صيانة المنشآت

• خبرة في تكوين SAP EAM/PM والتكامل مع الأنظمة الأخرى

• إتقان أدوات SAP MRS، وSAP Asset Manager، والتكامل مع Esri ArcGIS
