المهام والمسؤوليات

تجميع المخزون: مسؤولية كاملة لضمان توفر المخزون المناسب في الوقت والمكان المناسب.
تجديد المخزون: مسؤولية كاملة لمراقبة أداء المبيعات والمخزون وضمان التجديد في الوقت المناسب لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
وضع طلبات التجديد: التأكد من تقديم الطلبات في الوقت المناسب مع الأخذ في الاعتبار مدة التوريد لتجنب نفاد المخزون.
هيكلة التشكيلة: تطوير والحفاظ على إطار تشكيلة منتجات مثالي يتماشى مع هوية العلامة التجارية وملف العملاء واستراتيجية العمل.
تخطيط التشكيلة: تخطيط التشكيلات الموسمية والسنوية بالتعاون مع فرق الشراء والتصميم لضمان توازن بين القطع الأساسية والموضة والقطع الملفتة.
تخطيط التشكيلة المحلية: بناء وإدارة خطط تشكيلات محلية بحسب القنوات وأنماط المتاجر والمناطق لتحسين الأداء البيعي والمخزوني.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

Stock Consolidation: Full ownership to ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time.
Stock Replenishment: Full ownership to monitor sales and stock performance and ensure timely replenishment to achieve sales targets.
Placing Replenishment Orders: Ensure timely order placement considering lead time to avoid out-of-stock situations.
Range Architecture: Develop and maintain an optimal product range framework aligned with brand identity, customer profile, and business strategy.
Range Planning: Plan seasonal and annual ranges in partnership with Buying and Design teams, balancing core, fashion, and statement pieces.
